A regional educational institution in Canada is seeking a qualified Social Worker for a temporary full-time position focused on supporting the mental health and well-being of students. The role includes providing counseling, conducting assessments, and collaborating with various partners within the community to develop effective mental health initiatives. This role supports schools within the County of Simcoe. Assigned area(s) may be subject to change in the future.
This position is a thirty-five (35) hour work week and is based on working the school year - ten (10) months and ten (10) days. The compensation range for this position is $70,213 to $86,209 per year. Compensation for candidates who hold their Master of Social Work is $77,663 to $95,507 per year. This is a unionized position and union dues are applicable. The nature of this position will require the successful candidate to service large geographical areas, mileage reimbursement at the Board approved rate.

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees, even if currently in receipt of an OMERS pension.
