The Role

We’re looking for someone who can take our brand and digital presence to the next level — designing, creating, and delivering content that builds interest, trust, and demand.

You’ll be responsible for how Ark shows up online. Your work will directly influence how customers discover us, what they think of us, and why they choose us.

This role is for someone who works quickly, takes ownership, and knows how to turn ideas into polished output.

Responsibilities

• Web & Digital: Design and update website pages and landing pages
• Web & Digital: Improve layout, navigation, and conversion flows
• Web & Digital: Maintain SEO fundamentals and analytics tracking
• Content Creation: Produce a steady cadence of social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Content Creation: Turn field photos and footage into posts, carousels, and short-form videos
• Content Creation: Write clear copy that supports marketing and recruiting campaigns
• Brand Execution: Maintain consistency across all visual and written materials
• Brand Execution: Create templates and design systems for future scale
• Brand Execution: Update assets quickly based on feedback or performance
• Marketing Support: Assist with campaign creative, launch assets, and reporting
• Marketing Support: Develop basic blog content and longer-form educational material
• Marketing Support: Track engagement and performance results to guide improvement
