About the Role

We're seeking a Social Media Manager who blends strategy with execution to elevate our clients' social presence. You'll own the content strategy, oversee flawless execution, and collaborate with designers, writers, and content teams. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and fluent in social culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy : Develop and lead multi-platform social strategies, including content pillars, brand voice, and pitch decks.
  • Influencer Management : Handle outreach, contracts, and campaign execution.
  • Content Creation : Oversee and produce social content using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
  • Collaboration : Partner with internal teams and external partners to align social with broader marketing efforts.
  • Platform Management : Schedule, publish, and monitor content; manage tools like Meta Business Suite.
  • Trendspotting : Identify timely cultural moments and content opportunities.
  • Analytics : Track and report on performance to optimize strategy.
  • Client Relations : Act as day-to-day contact for multiple clients, ensuring clear communication and strong delivery.
  • Community Management : Manage multiple brands' social channels, engagement, and escalation / crisis protocols.
What You Bring
  • 6+ years' experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in an agency.
  • Strong balance of strategy and hands‑on execution.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Deep platform knowledge and fluency with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Loomly, Planable, etc.).
