The Opportunity

Love turning trends into engaging narratives? Join us as our Social Media Coordinator and bring our social strategy to life every day—own the content calendar, create and curate on‑brand posts, track performance to uncover insights, and jump on brand‑relevant trends. You’ll juggle multiple projects with equal parts creative spark and operational rigor, collaborating across teams with stellar communication to boost brand awareness, visibility, and engagement—and turn scrolls into superfans.

Your Daily Adventures
  • Execute the organic social calendar: schedule and publish daily, channel‑specific content aligned to marketing, product stories, and real‑time trends
  • Lead social listening and community management: monitor hashtags/mentions, flag risks, surface opportunities, and respond to DMs/comments
  • Partner with Customer Service to deliver timely, effective, on‑brand responses and escalations
  • Safeguard brand integrity by monitoring counterfeit goods/accounts and project‑managing takedowns with external partners
  • Create and edit on‑brand copy and assets across channels; develop, post, and edit content for Psycho Bunny’s TikTok
  • Contribute to social strategy and seasonal planning to inspire, engage, grow audiences, and meet content needs
  • Track and report KPIs (weekly/monthly/quarterly)—follower growth, engagement rate, traffic—and optimize based on insights
Your Toolkit
  • BA in Marketing/Communications (or related) plus 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and major social platforms
  • Intermediate Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) + Canva
  • Proven social strategy and hands‑on execution; channel‑native copywriter with portfolio
  • Bilingual French/English; Spanish a plus
  • Data‑driven, detail‑oriented, highly organized; responsive, autonomous, and collaborative
  • Experience with creators/ influencers; retail/apparel/fashion a plus; genuine passion for social and trends
