What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice
  • Write engaging content to spark conversations and drive community engagement
  • Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
  • Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when necessary
  • Become an extension of clients’ brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High-level proficiency in English AND Hebrew, Finnish, Thai, Arabic, or Turkish, with strong cultural awareness
  • Strong written communication skills in English AND at least one of the specified languages
  • Residency in Canada and legal eligibility to work there
  • Flexibility to work any shift, any day, including weekends
  • Professional experience managing social platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Fluency in additional languages is an asset
  • Familiarity with the major social platforms and content types relevant to tech, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism
