What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice
- Write engaging content to spark conversations and drive community engagement
- Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
- Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when necessary
- Become an extension of clients’ brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High‑level proficiency in English AND Hebrew, Finnish, Thai, Arabic, or Turkish, with strong cultural awareness
- Strong written communication skills in English AND at least one of the specified languages
- Residency in Canada and legal eligibility to work there
- Flexibility to work any shift, any day, including weekends
- Professional experience managing social platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Fluency in additional languages is an asset
- Familiarity with the major social platforms and content types relevant to tech, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism
