What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice
- Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement
- Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
- Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed
- Become a true extension of clients' brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Demonstrated, high‑level proficiency in English with strong cultural awareness; fluency in additional languages is an asset
- Exceptionally strong written communication skills in English, including spelling, grammar, and clarity
- Must reside in Canada and be legally allowed to work there
- Open and available to work any shift, any day, including weekends
- Professional experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging

- Familiarity with various social platforms and understanding of their nuances
- Interest in content areas such as tech, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism
- Exceptional organizational skills and reliability
