About This Opportunity

VRES is seeking Social Media Assistants to enhance your digital marketing skills by helping create engaging content and managing our social media platforms. The role is remote and offers flexible hours. You will receive mentorship, training, and workshop resources, and attendance of training sessions counts towards volunteer hours.

Qualifications
  • Located in Vancouver, the Greater Vancouver Area, Ottawa, the Greater Toronto Area, Alberta, or elsewhere in Canada and interested in a virtual placement
  • Between ages 12-30
  • Interested in education, health, environment, and/or digital services
  • Familiar with various social‑media websites—especially Instagram and TikTok
