Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking referees to officiate adult league matches and support game-day operations across our venues. You will enforce the Laws of the Game, manage on-field discipline, and complete match reports, rosters, and check-ins under pressure with professionalism.

Strong knowledge of the rules and excellent communication are essential, with the ability to stay calm in high‑intensity environments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the rules of the game.
• Previous experience refereeing competitive adult soccer preferred.
• Confident managing competitive, high-intensity game environments.
• Able to make quick, decisive, and impartial decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and conflict-management skills.
• Professional, composed, and confident when handling player disputes and disciplinary situations.
• Complete both of our short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or right after applying.

• Escalate serious incidents or repeat disciplinary issues when required
• Maintain consistent refereeing standards across all leagues and venues

Community Sports Partners is looking for Soccer Referees to support our growing adult soccer leagues. The primary responsibility of this role is officiating league matches, while also supporting game-day operations and league standards across our venues.

This role requires someone with a strong knowledge of the game, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage competitive, high-intensity game environments. Referees must be comfortable making decisive calls, managing player disagreements, and maintaining control of the match while remaining professional and composed.
