Job summary

Acosta is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador / Product Demonstrator in Halifax to promote products, share samples and provide information to shoppers. You will engage customers, demonstrate products and help steer purchase decisions through sampling targets.

The role requires available weekends, ability to work independently, and a vehicle for on-site shifts. Training will be provided and shifts include Thursday-Sunday, 11am-5pm on weekends, with ongoing casual shifts throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Food Safety required BEFORE interviewing.
• MUST be available Thursday-Sunday.
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate key messaging.
• Ability to stand for the length of the shift (≈6 hours).
• Ability to set up and disassemble sampling booth.
• Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet for nightly reporting.
• Must have a car.

We are looking for part time Product Demonstrators who will promote products, share samples and provide information to consumers.

Schedule

• Training: to be provided prior to your first day in field
• Looking for Thursday-Sunday availability
• Saturday’s & Sunday’s (11am to 5pm)
• Thursdays & Fridays (1pm-7pm)

*Working with ongoing business (will have casual shifts through the year, schedule provided in advance)*

Wage

• $20/hour
