The Role : Snowplow / Heavy Equipment Operator / Snow Removal Crew Lead

Earn $25–$30 / hr + Guaranteed Pay Options

Paid bi-weekly

You can earn $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and reliability. As a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator Crew Lead at CSL, you will lead a team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment. You will play a key role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season.

To Apply, You Should Have the Following

G2 license and clean driver’s abstract required

Experience operating a snowplow and / or heavy equipment

Reliable transportation to and from job sites (we are not accessible by public transit)

Open availability for on-call work (snow likes to fall at night — hours may be very late or very early)

Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days

Access to a mobile phone for communication

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency

Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more

Compensation

$25–$30 / hour, based on experience and reliability
