HAND SHOVELERS AND OPERATORS FOR COMMERCIAL SNOW REMOVAL – MISSISSAUGA & GTA AREAS

Hand Shovelers: Hourly Rate PLUS WEEKLY ATTENDANCE BONUS

Medium – Large Equipment Operators: Hourly Rate PLUS WEEKLY STANDBY BONUS

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available for On Call shifts 24 / 7
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Able to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
• Reliable, punctual and ready to respond when needed
• Previous large equipment experience is a requirement
• A valid G license with a clean abstract is required
• Must be physically fit to perform manual labour tasks and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proper outdoor winter clothing required for the job (Coat, hat, boots, gloves)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Remove snow and ice from designated areas using appropriate equipment
• Operate heavy equipment such as a snowplow, front end loader or skid‑steer
• Apply salt to prevent ice buildup
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Respond promptly to snow and ice events, including overnight and weekend shifts as needed
