Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank is offering a Winter/Term 2 Co-op/Internship in Toronto, Ontario. This 4-month work term provides exposure to Small Business Banking, with structured training, leadership talks, and cross-business experiences across TD’s CPB and SBB teams.

Selected interns will gain real-world experience, build a professional network, and participate in a program designed to complement on-the-job learning and personal development while residing in Canada for the term.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field.
• Must be enrolled with intent to return to school at the start of work term.
• Strong interest in Small Business Banking, distribution support, sales enablement, acquisition and marketing strategies.
• Comfortable working with business performance, operational and issue-tracking information to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to draft updates, meeting notes and executive-ready summaries.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Curious and able to learn in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Support client acquisition strategies and initiatives.
• Coordinate and track initiatives impacting in-field teams.
• Assist with field enablement materials and communications.
• Review performance and operational reporting and summarize insights.
• Contribute to activities related to acquisition strategies and client experience.
