MIKE'S DAMAGE CONTROLER INC. is seeking an experienced Skilled Restoration Technician to respond to Water and Fire Restoration needs and perform drying, demolition, and other restoration tasks. The role demands hands-on experience and strong customer service during stressful times.

You will join a crew-focused team, take pride in high-quality work, and help ensure safety and efficiency on every project site. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• IICRC-certified professional with hands-on restoration experience.
• Team-oriented and able to work under supervision to complete projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute restoration and production processes accurately according to work orders and leadership instructions.
• Prepare and secure job sites and specific rooms/areas prior to beginning work activities.
• Inventory and load work vehicles with the exact equipment, products, and supplies required for each daily project.
• Maintain a pristine, organized company vehicle and ensure all equipment is kept clean and fully operational.
• Ensure every job site is left with a clean, orderly, and professional appearance upon completion.
• Foster a safe and collaborative environment by communicating openly with the Crew Chief and fellow technicians.
