Job summary

Levert Personnel Resources Inc. is hiring skilled labourers for ongoing shutdowns in the Sudbury area. Work will be indoors and outdoors with 12-hour shifts, supporting operations as part of a labour crew.

Qualified candidates have mine-site experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, wear a full-face respirator, and reside in the Sudbury/Timmins area. We offer a competitive wage, weekly pay, benefits, life insurance, EAP, and safety recognition.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow spoken and written instructions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability record.
• Ability to follow Health & Safety programs & procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physically fit, able to perform repeat tasks for long hours and possibly work in extreme conditions.
• Must be able to wear a full face respirator.
• Must be located in Sudbury/Timmins area.

Responsibilities

• Work will be indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Perform tasks with the labor crew to support operations.
• Provide general clean up and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of work area.
• Conduct groundwork including shoveling, raking, helping the trucks.
• Physical labor such as lifting and cleaning.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures.
• Shift: 12 hours.
