WorleyCord in Edmonton, AB is seeking Lead Hand Skilled Labourers to join the Air Products Project. The role involves supervising a crew of labourers, ensuring safety compliance on site, and assisting with civil work.

The ideal candidate has significant industrial construction experience and strong leadership skills, with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial construction experience, 3 in a supervisory role.
• Willingness to attend paid safety training (CSTS, H2S, WHMIS2015, EWP, Fall Protection, Confined Space).
• Fire Watch ticket is an asset.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Experience working at heights.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds (occasionally more with assistance).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Driver’s License (preferred).
