Seasonal Impact in Edmonton is seeking a night-shift skid steer operator for our snow removal division. The role starts in November with the potential to extend into spring and summer, offering guaranteed hours.

You will operate skid steers/loaders to clear snow from commercial lots, perform pre-shift checks, and report mechanical issues. A valid Class 5 license and ability to drive a truck with trailer are required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating skid steers and loaders to clear snow from commercial lots.
• Fully available for overnight, on-call, and severe-weather schedules on short notice.
• Diligent with routine equipment maintenance, pre-shift checks, and reporting mechanical repairs to supervisors.
• A valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to drive a truck with an attached trailer.

Responsabilités

• Operate skid steers or loaders to clear snow from parking lots.
• Shovel snow manually if required.
• Chip ice when needed.
• Remove garbage and debris from the site.
• Apply ice melt/gravel when required.
• Operate snow blowers/sidewalk sweepers.
• Maintain assigned equipment and notify supervisor of needed repairs.
• Other duties as required and/or assigned by supervisor.

Seasonal Impact is looking for a night-shift skid steer operator for our snow removal department. This position starts in November with the opportunity to continue into the spring/summer season. Guaranteed hours are available for this position.

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience operating skid steers and loaders to clear snow from commercial lots
• Fully available for overnight, on-call, and severe-weather response schedules on short notice
• Diligent with routine equipment maintenance, pre-shift checks, and promptly reporting mechanical repairs to supervisors
• A valid Class 5 driver's license
• Ability to drive a truck with an attached trailer

About the Opportunity

This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Snow Removal division at Seasonal Impact. This work includes but is not limited to skid steer/loader operation, snow maintenance, operating small engine equipment, shoveling, and assisting other departments as needed.

• Operate a variety of mechanical equipment such as snow blowers/sidewalk sweepers
