Ski Marmot Basin Limited Partnership – Jasper, AB
Full‑time, seasonal position. Pay: $29.60 per hour. Working hours: 30–44 per week. Job location: Jasper, AB. Maintain a safety‑first environment on the slopes and in all recreational activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques.
  • Keep logs and maintain records of activities.
  • Schedule activities and coordinate recreational, sport and fitness events.
  • Ensure safety of rescuers and victims at accident scenes.
  • Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs.
  • Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Monitor activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.

Supervision: 1–2 people, 3–4 people.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) Certification, Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance Certification.
  • Personal suitability, client focus, dependability.
  • Excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
  • Experience (an asset).
