The Six Sigma Black Belt is a process improvement specialist within the Operations team, responsible for leading and supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives across Dainty Foods.
Using Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and data-driven problem solving, this role will improve productivity, quality, efficiency, cost, safety, and customer service. The Black Belt works cross-functionally with employees, supervisors, managers, and subject matter experts to solve problems and deliver sustainable results. This is not a people leadership role. Success comes through technical expertise, collaboration, coaching, facilitation, and influence.
