Job summary

Galderma seeks an experienced Site Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment for our Baie D’Urfé manufacturing site. You’ll partner with site leadership, build a local TA strategy, and manage a small on-site team to attract top talent across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain.

You will collaborate with regional and global TA teams, ensuring compliant, efficient hiring while shaping the employer brand locally through proactive sourcing and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, especially in manufacturing or life sciences.
• Proven ability to manage site-based or high-volume recruitment.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Baie D’Urfé manufacturing site.
• Develop and execute a site-specific TA strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage a small on-site recruitment team and partner with site leadership.
• Oversee high-volume requisitions, compliance, and time-to-hire targets.
