Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily construction site activities in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measures through regular inspections and safety programs.
• Collaborate closely with the site foreman to coordinate on-site activities and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Plan, supervise, and manage M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) construction works to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes of practice, and safety requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and update reports to keep the Project Manager informed of site progress and issues.
• Interpret and work with AutoCAD, PNID, BQ, and isometric drawings for project planning and coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in VSMC Vacuum Hookup.
• Preferably with experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is required to communicate with our headquarters in Taiwan and to handle Chinese-language technical documents.
