The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Transfer Station while also operating heavy equipment approximately 50% of the time. This is a hands‑on leadership role that ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance while managing a team of site staff. The Supervisor may also be required to assist at other nearby sites, cover the scale house as needed, and be available for rotating weekends and on‑call duties.
