Morgan Fuels, operating in Headingly, Manitoba, as well as throughout Northwestern Ontario, has an employment opportunity for a Site Supervisor. This existing position is based out of Headingly, Manitoba and is responsible for providing direction, control, coordination and leadership for the efficient operation of the Morgan Fuels bulk aviation area in Manitoba and specific additional accounts. The Site Supervisor ensures the effective operation and administration of the Manitoba site as it relates to deliveries, inventory management and inside sales. This position is also responsible to oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies with the main focus on exceeding customer satisfaction and expanding volumes. This position supervises Fuel Delivery Drivers and provides direction and supervision to the Operation Trainer and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Salary Range: $83,768-$93,904 annually

Preferred qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Firstly, Post-Secondary education in Commerce, Business Management or Marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of petroleum products.
• Knowledge of the Manitoba aviation market and the customers we serve.
• 5 years of experience working in the petroleum and/or trucking industry.
• 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in gathering marketing information.
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in keyboarding, with a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Mathematical skills with ability to use calculator and/or adding machines.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel throughout the area we serve.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Lastly, an acceptable criminal reference check.
