Foran Mining Corporation (TSX:FOM) is a forward-thinking mining company redefining the industry. We are seeking a Site Services Maintenance Planner to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 4 days on, 3 days of f. This position is open to candidates who reside within reasonable distance of our mine site.

The Site Services Maintenance Planner is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance and operational activities for camp maintenance, water treatment plant, and surface facilities. This role ensures that work is planned effectively, resources are optimized, and downtime is minimized while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Junior Site Services Maintenance Planner collaborates with various departments to enhance efficiency and productivity across site services operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and maintain short and long-term maintenance schedules for camp services, surface infrastructure, and site facilities.
  • • Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance to support safe and reliable operations.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to secure required labor, materials, and equipment.
  • • Use CMMS to manage work orders, asset history, and maintenance performance.
  • • Conduct inspections and work with supervisors to prioritize Site Services needs.
  • • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
  • • Create job plans with defined scope, labor, tools, and materials.
  • • Monitor work execution, drive improvements, and apply best practices.
  • • Partner with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain parts and supply availability.
  • • Support budgeting and cost control by forecasting maintenance activities.
  • • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
  • • Post‑secondary education preferred.
  • • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or a related role in mining or heavy industry.
  • • Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, Pronto, or equivalent).
  • • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and surface infrastructure maintenance.
  • • Experience with mine water treatment plant operations considered an asset.
  • • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
  • • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • • Knowledge of mine site safety and environmental regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive starting salary range of $95,000 - $110,000/year based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short‑term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
