Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Safety Coordinator to help keep our construction sites safe and compliant. This role focuses on enforcing safety rules, identifying hazards, and making sure everyone on site follows proper safety procedures. The ideal candidate understands construction safety, OSHA requirements, and works well with project teams to prevent accidents and promote a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities
  • Create and enforce site safety plans that meet OSHA, NEC, and local regulations
  • Perform regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and fix hazards
  • Lead safety training and toolbox talks for workers and contractors
  • Ensure all safety rules and emergency procedures are followed
  • Track safety compliance using construction and EHS software
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and complete required reports
  • Work closely with project managers to include safety in all project phases
  • Stay current on safety laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety and risk management
  • Experience with OSHA compliance and EHS programs
  • Understanding of NEC electrical safety standards
  • Ability to use safety and construction management software
  • Strong communication skills for training and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
