Overview

CGI is seeking an experienced SRE with a focus on integration and AIOps/ITOM architecture to join its Managed Services Practice in Montreal. The role involves designing, integrating, and optimizing intelligent monitoring solutions to improve the reliability and performance of our clients’ IT operations. Operating in a modern environment focused on automation, observability, and proactive operations, the candidate will also contribute to initiatives across CGI’s global delivery centers.

Responsibilities
  • Design and document integration architectures for AIOps, ITOM, and monitoring in hybrid or multi-cloud environments
  • Evaluate and recommend tools that best address client needs
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration aligned with CGI standards
  • Implement, configure, and automate observability and event management tools
  • Build solutions enabling proactive incident detection, correlation, and automated resolution
  • Document designs, processes, and best practices
  • Contribute to technology watch and development of AIOps/ITOM capabilities
Required Profile
  • 3–5 years of experience in SRE, IT operations engineering, or integration architecture
  • Solid understanding of AIOps, ITOM, monitoring, observability, and automation
  • Ability to integrate various monitoring tools (correlation, event management, alerting, etc.)
  • Strong skills in technical design, documentation, and team coordination
  • Comfortable working in complex environments with varied stakeholders
  • Autonomous, curious, and analytically minded
  • Bilingual (French and English) required

CGI recherche un(e) SRE spécialisé(e) en intégration et architecture AIOps/ITOM pour rejoindre sa pratique des services gérés à Montréal. Le rôle vise à concevoir, intégrer et optimiser des solutions de monitoring intelligentes afin d’améliorer la fiabilité et la performance des opérations TI de nos clients. Ce poste s’inscrit dans un environnement moderne axé sur l’automatisation, l’observabilité et la transformation des plateformes de supervision vers des solutions proactives et intelligentes. Le candidat contribuera également aux initiatives des centres globaux de services pour divers clients.

Responsabilités
  • Concevoir et documenter des architectures d’intégration AIOps, ITOM et monitoring dans des environnements hybrides ou multicloud
  • Évaluer les solutions du marché et recommander celles qui répondent le mieux aux besoins des clients
  • Collaborer avec les équipes d’architecture, cybersécurité et opérations pour garantir des intégrations conformes aux standards CGI
  • Mettre en œuvre, configurer et automatiser les outils d’observabilité et de gestion des événements
  • Développer des solutions favorisant la détection proactive, la corrélation et la résolution automatique des incidents
  • Documenter les designs, processus et meilleures pratiques
  • Contribuer à la veille technologique et au développement des capacités AIOps/ITOM
Profil recherché
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en SRE, exploitation TI ou architecture d’intégration
  • Bonne maîtrise des concepts AIOps, ITOM, monitoring, observabilité et automatisation
  • Capacité à intégrer divers outils de supervision (corrélation, alerting, gestion d’événements, etc.)
  • Compétences en conception technique, documentation et coordination
  • Aisance dans les environnements complexes et avec divers interlocuteurs techniques
  • Autonomie, curiosité, et bon esprit d’analyse
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais requis
