Job summary

PayByPhone is seeking Site Reliability Engineers to build and operate highly available, secure, and scalable SaaS systems in Vancouver, BC. The role supports cross-functional teams and focuses on reliability, QA process improvements, and CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered.
• 3+ years in software development, delivery, or site reliability/operations for large systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure platform reliability and stability across 24/7/365 operations.
• Standardize QA plans and templates for cross-team projects.
• Assist in QA tooling selection and operational procedures.
• Own observability, monitoring, and alerting tools under SRL leadership.
• Support CI/CD tooling setup and reliability across pipelines.
