Are you looking to play a vital role in supporting one of the world’s most customer-centric companies? Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC is seeking a Site Procurement Manager for our Brampton, ON facility. As part of the Fulfillment Center team, you’ll act as the on-site connection between local operations and centralized procurement, ensuring efficient vendor management, purchase order oversight, and inventory control.

This position involves day-to-day interaction with building leadership, including General Managers, Operations Managers, and various stakeholders across safety, learning, HR, and more. You’ll also maintain strong vendor relationships for services such as janitorial, food and PPE vending, and waste management, ensuring that site operations run smoothly.

About the Position: Site Procurement Manager – Amazon

In this role, you will own the indirect procurement operations at the site level, including oversight of supplier performance, procurement transactions, and on-site inventory. You will identify improvement opportunities, manage vendor relationships, and drive compliance with Amazon’s standards for safety and operational metrics.

As a Site Procurement Manager, you’ll be a key influencer in fostering successful collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • 3+ years of supply chain experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement
  • Experience in Coupa or other financial management/procurement software
