Job summary

Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking a Site Procurement Manager for a full-time, salaried role. You will own the site's non-inventory procurement operations, overseeing supplier management for third-party providers across janitorial, food service, and facilities support.

The position centers on budget awareness, P2P support, KPI reporting, and contracts compliance, with routine warehouse exposure and temperature variations at the open dock.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Amazon Blue Badge/FTE equivalence.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau data manipulation.
• 1+ years in employee and performance management.
• Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management.
• Procurement experience preferred; familiarity with P2P systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers of goods and services, non-inventory labour, and 3P services, tracking performance.
• Oversee purchase order management, blankets POs, and support Procure-to-Pay locally.
• Control inventory via flow and space models; perform cycle counts at the FC.
• Report KPIs and metrics on procurement performance and deviations.
• Ensure compliance with site contracts and SLA terms for 3P suppliers.
• Track savings and develop actions to meet targets and reduce waste.
• Train internal teams on procurement processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance to target budgets and measure savings and value.
• Resolve vendor payment issues with Accounts Payable and suppliers.
• Support centralized Procurement pillars (GPCS) and global procurement.
