As a Site Process Owner at Alstom, you will play a pivotal role in supporting ERP transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with global standards, and acting as a bridge between business operations and IT systems. You will be instrumental in driving process excellence, data integrity, and user enablement during and after ERP migration.

Your future role
Core Responsibilities
ERP System Support & Optimization
  • Act as the local expert and first point of contact for ERP (SAP) users across PCRO sites.
  • Ensure compliance with Alstom’s GSI standards and support the deployment of standardized processes.
  • Maintain master data accuracy and support segregation of duties (SoD) compliance.
  • Coordinate and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for change requests and system updates.
  • Collaborate with IS&T and Business Process Owners (BPOs) to resolve system issues and elevate when necessary.
  • Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities to enhance ERP functionality and user experience.
Project Deployment & Change Management
  • Support ERP deployment projects by translating business needs into system requirements.
  • Participate in operational reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment.
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning during project phases.
  • Contribute to the development of test plans, training materials, and cutover strategies.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide hands‑on support during go‑live and stabilization phases.
Reporting & KPI Monitoring
  • Generate and analyze reports and KPIs to support business performance and decision‑making.
  • Ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy across systems and interfaces.
All about you
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP/SAP environments, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data flows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project or training needs.
