Aecon Concessions invites a Senior Site Superintendent to support the Darlington New Nuclear Project in Clarington, Ontario. Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will supervise construction activities, drive safety, quality and performance programs, and manage planning, scheduling and field execution across multiple scopes.
Requirements include 7+ years in civil/structural construction with nuclear project experience, strong leadership and coordination with alliance partners.

As part of an alliance agreement, Aecon has been awarded a contract in an Aecon-led partnership with Kiewit Nuclear Canada by Ontario Power Generation (OPG) for the execution phase on the Darlington New Nuclear Project (DNNP) in Clarington, Ontario. Beginning in 2025 Aecon will support the Construction of the Unit 1 Small Modular Reactor at the Darlington site.
Reporting to the Site Services Manager this role will support the overall management of the DNNP Site. During the readiness phase the Superintendent will assist in construction planning, reviews, and fit for purpose tool development. In execution they will be responsible for the supervision, coordination and scheduling of construction activities for multiple scopes of work in compliance with the contract and the job cost estimate and ensure all the work is completed safely to acceptable standards of quality and workmanship.
The expected pay range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 per year. Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
