Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Patient Care Manager for the Integrated Operation Center, the Site Manager is the sole onsite manager during non-regular business hours (evenings, nights, and weekends). This role has three main responsibilities:

• Managing Emerging Issues: Primary and initial point of contact for a Zone Senior Leader Acute on Call or anyone needing to contact someone on the site during an emerging issue for immediate assessment and coordination.
• Onsite Management for In-scope Staff: Provide resource management for the site to ensure efficient utilization of staff and bed allocation, mitigating patient or staff concerns related to resource use.
• Patient Flow Management: Work collaboratively with bed planners to assist and lead the coordination of patient flow, ensuring bed allocation and patient flow guidelines are followed throughout the RAH.

Required Qualifications
