Job description

We are actively looking for Site Managers to be responsible for some of our projects. We are a subcontractor doing Masonry Works, i.e. Precast wall installation works, plastering and tiling works.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for works related to our sub-contract works on site.
2. Must be able to read construction drawings.
3. Must be able to do site setting out, level markings etc.
4. Must be competent in quality checks for precast wall installation, wall plastering and tiling works
5. Deployment of workers for works on a daily basis.
6. Must be competent in safety works and possesses BCSS and MWAH.
7. To liase with all site personels including that of the Client, Consultants and expeditiously resolve all issues related/ obstructing our works.
8. Manage workers and ensure that the works done on site are efficiently carried out and as per contract requirement.
9. Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly progress claim.
10. Attend weekly/monthly site meetings.
11. Possesses Class 3 driving license.
