We are looking for a Site Leader to run the day-to-day operations of our LiveWell, mail-order pharmacy in Ontario, Canada. The Site Leader will build foundational processes, and drive a slate of important improvement efforts across the facility. Your role will bring operational discipline, support safe/scalable growth, and turn a developing facility into a high-performing, compliant, efficient operation.
This is the first dedicated on-site operations leadership role in the building. You will have broad responsibility for execution, cross-functional coordination, and keeping multiple building-level initiatives moving at once.
