Description

Be part of the transformation of our Brantford Fulfillment Center (BRFC) to deliver our North America digital, automated, and touchless supply chain vision, through endless possibilities. This role is an on-site role, with requirement to be onsite 5 days a week. The role may also require early morning start times during key construction projects.

We are currently hiring for an Engineering Project Manager role at our Brantford Mixing Centre in Brantford, ON starting November 2025.

The Engineering Project Manager will have responsibility for leading Project Management and Construction Management practices (safety, quality, schedule, cost) through execution at the BRFC. The role will also require leading the startup of facility, utility systems and the implementation of future project management and construction management systems. Additional responsibilities will include facility master planning, cost savings, throughput increase, flow improvement, and repair, expense, replacement, and expenditure projects at the Brantford Site.

The Site Engineering Project Manager will develop and / or reapply warehouse technology solutions, utilize zero / low-cost capital solutions, and drive North America standardization via application of standard Engineering Work Processes. This role will also have some form of regional / network mastery and accountability, such as Capital Systems Management, Construction Management Process, Material Handling Systems Automation, etc.

The Site Engineering Project Manager is responsible for small to large scale projects related to physical distribution and customization of P&G products in Canada.

Job Qualifications
  • B.S. Engineering degree
  • Knowledge of Project Management (and / or Construction Management) practices an asset. Preferably 1-3 years Project Management experience through internships, co-ops, and related programs.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills - a strong sense of urgency and capability to influence and drive rigor within a team of functional partners (Engineering, Operations, QA, Finance and Contractors) to find low-cost solutions and mitigate business risks.
  • Leadership – Capable of organizing and delivering success criteria for capital projects. Able to envision the future, enroll others, and engage directly to accomplish breakthrough results. Sets priorities and makes effective plans to achieve key project objectives related to facility and automation scopes.
  • Collaboration and Communication - able to work effectively across multi-functional teams, interfaces and with a diverse group of engineers, operations / start-up personnel, equipment vendors, and construction contractors. Be a strong team player. Able to clearly articulate technical issues to the Project Team and Sponsors.
  • Operates with Discipline - demonstrated experience in being rigorous with systems design, delivery, troubleshooting, and learning from experience.
  • Develop optimum scope for best value solutions for capital projects. You are responsible for determining the choice and configuration of the technologies that will deliver the necessary throughput for the products shipped out to P&G customers.
  • Ability to be on-site 5 days a week. The role may also require early morning start times during key construction projects.

  • Execution of major capital projects ($50MM USD), including warehouse automation.
  • Capital Systems Management capabilities and certification.
  • Mastery of leading-edge warehousing technologies - automated guided vehicles, automated picking solutions, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and their use in fulfilment operations.
