Job description

• Work Location: Marsiling, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Base Salary: up to $5000 + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations to ensure construction activities progress according to the approved project schedule.
• Accurately interpret and apply construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to guide site execution.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to address and resolve site-related and technical issues promptly.
• Ensure all site works are carried out in compliance with statutory regulations, project requirements, and established quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor work progress, and maintain detailed records of daily activities.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and as-built documentation as required to support project delivery.
• Assist in preparing material requisitions, performing quantity take-offs, and measuring work done for progress claims.
• Work closely with the Safety Officer and Project Manager to uphold site safety standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Provide timely updates to the Project Manager on work progress, potential delays, and technical challenges encountered on site.
• Participate in site and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.

Requirement

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized PEB or BCA, Singapore
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial or commercial project experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes and safety regulations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
