Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience.
• Lead project manager on at least two projects with contract values over $7 million.
• Understanding of project financial reporting and contract law.
• Experience estimating projects and changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage time, cost, quality, risks and financial performance of the assigned scope.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the design-build process.
• Develop, review, and provide feedback on project schedules.
• Assemble submittals and project documentation.
