Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a Planner, Scheduler, or similar role, managing complex project schedules.
• Residential or Commercial construction site-based experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction execution strategies and CPM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Ensure schedules adhere to company best practices.
• Develop critical path method (CPM) baseline schedules.
• Prepare preliminary master schedules.
• Track unplanned events and assess impacts.
