Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is recruiting a Site Agent to lead a major framework project in Dover. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors, and ensure works meet programme, quality and safety requirements.

The role requires a strong background in civil engineering and/or demolition, experience with a main contractor, and SMSTS/CSCS qualifications. You will report to the Project Manager and drive safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor on demolition and civils projects.
• Proven ability to lead on large-scale main contractor projects.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, health & safety and environmental requirements.

A leading main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Site Agent to work on a major framework in Dover.

The successful Site Agent will be responsible for managing site operations across a range of demolition and civil engineering works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.

The Role
