The Site administrative Assistant manage all administrative taskson site and provides support to the Project Manager as well as the Project ManagementTeam. This position requires on-site mobilization on a rotating shift accordingto the needs of the project.

  • Highschool diploma and college degree in secretarial work or officeadministration;
  • 2 to5 years of experience in similar functions;
  • Knowledgeof the construction industry considered an asset;
  • Excellentproficiency in Suite Office;
  • Fluentin written English;
  • Highgeographical mobility;
  • Validdriver license;
  • Abilityto work in teams and communicate both verbally and written;
  • Autonomy,discretion and high administrative rigor.
What you will do to complete this mission successfully:
  • Handleall administrative correspondence relating to managing a constructionproject;
  • Processthe hiring form, sends it to the payroll department, and entersinformation in the tree structure;
  • Keeptrack of the time sheets for workers and processes them;
  • Beresponsible for the Compliance Hiring Program in each province and mustverify that each subcontractor meets the requirements before startingwork;
  • Helpthe Project Manager and the Project Engineer with contracts, as well asdata entry and monitoring in the management software;
  • Direct,record, and file all communications and contractual transmissions;
  • Ensurethat the meeting minutes are uploaded in the management software;
  • Ensurethe archiving of the project records is performed;
  • Validatethat the quality requirements are included in the subcontractor’s orsupplier’s contract;
  • Ensureto the application of the Administrative Plan on site;
  • Performany other related duties.
