La Maison Simons in Quebec City is hiring a seasonal Customer Service Representative to assist customers via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. With a busy, tech-driven store environment, you will respond to inquiries about purchases, orders, loyalty programs, events, and returns, while delivering friendly, bilingual support to customers across Canada.

This is a full-time seasonal role ending January 2027, with Sundays to Thursdays and one evening shift

The work schedule is from Sunday to Thursday, including one evening shift until 9:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service by assisting customers and addressing their needs via phone, email, or live chat.
• Respond to inquiries regarding purchases, online order status, merchandise, returns, as well as questions related to the loyalty program, events, and activities available on our website.
• Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Inform and advise customers to ensure an experience that meets the organization's high standards of quality.
• Handle customer inquiries in accordance with company policies and procedures.
