Job summary

Canadian Pacific Railway is seeking a Signals & Communications Manager to lead safety, reliability, and performance across S&C construction and maintenance projects in British Columbia.

You will oversee the RED Book and industry recommended practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with collective agreements and regulatory standards.

This full-time role requires a hands-on leader with extensive S&C experience and a commitment to on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; Electronics diploma asset.
• 5 years S&C Construction/Maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of S&C Principles.
• Working knowledge of S&C equipment.
• Knowledge of collective agreements.
• Knowledge of S&C Standards and Regulatory requirements.
