About the Role

Reporting to the Area Supervisor and Snow Operations Managers, the Snow Removal Operator will be responsible to operate equipment to lift, push, and move snow to certain areas for removal.

This position requires the successful applicant to work on an on-call basis with irregular hours between mid-November and the end of March each year. Applicants must be available and committed to work with very short notice at all times of the day and night using a variety of tools and equipment listed below.

• Operate Equipment Safely: Use new model equipment to remove snow efficiently and with care.

• Follow Routes and Procedures: Use company software to follow site maps, record work, and communicate any issues clearly.
• Take Care of Your Equipment: Complete daily checks, handle machinery with care, and report any concerns right away.
• Work as a Team: Communicate with supervisors and teammates to ensure safe, effective service every time.
