What Will You Do?
  • Welcome and consult with clients in the showroom, including designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners
  • Provide expert product knowledge across a wide range of natural stone, glass, and surface materials
  • Build trust with customers by offering personalized solutions that match their project needs and design goals
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales leads
  • Maintain showroom appearance and product displays to reflect a luxury experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction
  • Participate in showroom events, training, and occasional outreach efforts to the design / build community
  • Consistently work toward and exceed individual and team sales targets
What Do You Bring?
  • 2+ years of experience in showroom, retail, or inside sales (preferably in high-end materials, home design, tile, or surfaces)
  • An eye for design and a genuine passion for architectural and decorative materials
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive attitude
  • Comfort using CRM or POS / order systems
  • Availability to work rotating Saturdays
