About The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a driven, creative, and personable Showroom Marketing Coordinator to support two established showroom brands. This role is responsible for the planning, budgeting, design, and execution of marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, attract customers, and strengthen supplier relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategies across two showroom brands.
  • Create and manage the full marketing budget.
  • Lead the creation of marketing collateral that aligns with the overall brand and business goals.
  • Plan and deploy B2C advertising campaigns across traditional + digital channels.
  • Oversee social media: content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Build strong partnerships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Strengthen and maintain consistent brand identity and voice.
  • Assist in the organization of events, in-store promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Design and send retail-focused email campaigns.
  • Manage regular website updates using a custom CMS.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics.
  • Ensure all marketing aligns with advertising and licensing regulations.
  • Copywriting as required.
  • Design and build landing pages as required.
  • Optimize website layout, flow, and user experience.
  • Travel locally as needed (valid driver’s license required).
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or Business is a requirement.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles is a must.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS platforms, CRM tools, copywriting, or graphic design is a strong asset.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail with proven editing and proofreading abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean abstract required.
