Our local client, a recognized leader in the luxury home and design industry, is looking for aShowroom Managerto lead their high-end location in SE Calgary.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and inspiring a team, driving showroom performance, and cultivating strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners. You’ll thrive if you enjoy leading by example, mentoring others, and creating a collaborative environment where excellence is the standard.

We’re looking for someone who brings strong interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for luxury design. Duties and Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership & Operations

  • Drive branch performance to meet financial targets including sales, margins, and expenses.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels with minimal losses.
  • Develop and manage the annual branch budget in alignment with company objectives.

People & Culture

  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development in partnership with HR.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to support growth and accountability.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Coach and support the showroom and outside sales teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top trade and retail clients.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism to both customers and vendor partners.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with other departments, including eCommerce and support office, to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Plan and host in-showroom events to enhance client engagement and drive revenue.

Education:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, Interior Design, or a related field is considered an asset.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role is required.
  • Experience in interior design, construction, or a related industry is considered an asset.

Skills:

  • Ability to lead by example and mentor the team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle tough conversations with care.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build trust and work well within a team setting.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to juggle competing tasks.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Base Salary:$85,000 – 90,000+ per year

  • Salary based on experience.
  • Full benefits package after probationary period.

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays if needed is required.

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
