  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Familiarity with Cabinet Visions, ERP systems, and production scheduling software is a plus
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence

We are looking for someone experienced not only to lead the team, but also to step in and support production when needed, ensuring continuity on the shop floor—this is why hands‑on experience is essential.

  • Competitive salary plus attractive bonus potential
  • Continuous support and a collaborative, supportive team culture
  • The chance to shape the future of a growing and respected company
