Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of related experience.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points).
  • Available to work overtime, on weekends, and on-call when required.

Responsibilities

  • Delegate and direct a team of mechanics.
  • Inspect all completed tasks to ensure that standards are being met.
  • Perform daily PDI and repairs as needed.
  • Ensure that equipment in the shop, as well as the shop itself, is well-organized and clean.
  • Support & participate in company safety objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delegate and direct a team of mechanics.

  • Ensure that equipment in the shop, as well as the shop itself, is well-organized and clean and neat.
  • Support & participate in company safety objectives and ensure that the working area in the shop is safe.
  • Work closely with and support the team members; act as a lead whenever guidance is needed to complete a tasks / projects.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Minimum two years of related experience.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points).
  • Must have your own tools.
  • Available to work overtime, on weekends, and on-call when required.
  • Strong diagnostic ability as well as being capable of reading schematics.
