Job summary

Esco Corp. is seeking a dedicated onsite Labour role in Lively, ON. You will perform general labor duties, maintain a clean shop, and help ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The position offers day shifts with potential overtime, starting at CAD 21.00 per hour with opportunities for performance-based increases. Prior industrial experience and strong English skills are desired.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a labour role or heavy industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English at an advanced level.

Responsibilities

• General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized shop environment by sweeping, picking up trash, and putting materials away to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks by verifying cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met throughout the facilities.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the appropriate personnel to support operational continuity.
• Daily Role: Perform general labor duties with attention to detail, multitasking effectively, and prioritizing tasks to meet daily operational needs.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Shift: Day Shift 6:00 AM- 3:OOPM (Monday- Thursday)

Friday Shift: 5:00 AM- 1:00 PM

Compensation

Starting hourly pay rate is $21.00 per hour to start with performance based increase opportunity.
