Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily shop operations and assign tasks to technicians

  • Provide technical guidance and support on mechanical repairs and diagnostics

  • Review work orders, manage priorities, and coordinate workflow

  • Train, mentor, and support shop staff as needed

  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed jobs

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment

  • Communicate with management, parts staff, and customers regarding repair status

  • Assist with hands-on mechanical work during busy periods or complex jobs
